I graduated in 2019 from University of Chester with a Distinction in MA Art Therapy. My research-based dissertation was on the use of Art Therapy with children with Autism Spectrum Condition.

My experience as an Art Therapist is primarily working with children who have experienced developmental trauma, holding individual, dyadic and group sessions using an attachment-based approach around play, symbolism and metaphor. I have also worked at a drop-in style organisation offering Art Therapy to 16-25 year olds for teenagers and young adults who are struggling with their mental health.
